Notes
- Up to May 2013 the Club was managed by the General Committee and the Club employed a manager and all staff. Following poor financial results in the previous two years, the Club entered into an operating and management agreement with Cinderella Investments (Pty) Ltd,. This lasted until September 2015 when Cinderella Investments (Pty) Ltd terminated the agreement due to poor financial results. Management of the Club then passed to Fat Baz Hamburger Hut (Pty) Ltd., who also lease the Albert Millin Restaurant.
- The Club’s primary source of income is membership subscriptions, and expenditure is mainly municipal rates (taxes), insurance, maintenance and improvements, and loan repayments. The managing company retains all income from food and beverage but is responsible for staff costs, utilities, and minor maintenance. From May 2021 and the signing of a new 3-year lease agreement with Fat Baz Hamburger Hut (Pty) Ltd., the Club now receives income for the rental of the Albert Millin Restaurant, main kitchen, hall, and gym.
